By using our services you agree to our terms and conditions of business below.

1.0 Initial visit

On your first clean there may be one off charge of 1.5 x regular maintenance price to cover the additional time taken to clean your windows frames, sills and glass back to a good condition. Price will depend upon house size. If you have builder’s residue for example (mortar, paint, sticker/adhesive) on your windows frames and sills then pure water alone will not be effective at removing these and unfortunately this is not a service we are able to provide.

1.05 What results you can expect

By using the water fed pole (WFP) system it will deliver purified water that has passed through industry specific filterers to take all impurities/minerals out of the water making it very effective at cleaning general dirt, dust, and green algae from your windows leaving a sparkling spot free finish once dry.

1.1 How often will we visit

We work on a 6 weekly frequency, but we do ask for some flexibility on time scales due to weather, holidays or other factors of a week either side of the time due.

1.2 Weather

Your windows will be continued to be cleaned in most weather conditions to enable us to provide a regular and reliable service to our customers and this is achieved by using our reach and wash pure water system which works extremely well even in rainy conditions as rain water in very pure and has no negative affect on the finish results. If the weather conditions are extreme and we feel there will be a health and safety risk or a negative result to your clean we will aim to come on the next available time slot or when conditions allow.

1.3 Add-on services and weather

As a regular customer you may take advantage of our gutter clearing services this can be performed in most weather conditions except freezing conditions. If your scheduled gutter clear clashes on a day of freezing conditions then unfortunately your gutter clear will have to be rescheduled for when conditions allow as it will have a negative result and potentially cause damage to the machines and poles used to perform the task in hand.

 1.4 Access to your property

We will always send you a sms/email reminder the day before your scheduled clean is due, Should we be unable to access any part of your property due to locked gates etc, we will only clean the accessible areas this will be charged at your normal clean price and due to tight schedules we are unable to return to clean the restricted area until the next scheduled clean date. To avoid this, please ensure safe access is available on the scheduled day.

 

1.5 Skipping Cleans

We work hard to be as reliable as possible for our customers so we appreciate the customer being reliable too. We reserve the right to charge the full price of your clean if you turn us away or cancel on the day as it is too late for us to replace the cleaning slot. We also reserve the right to cancel your service and replace your slot if you choose to skip your cleaning without good reason. For example Holidays, building works or family emergencys are good reasons etc.

1.6 Ending our services

We are always sad to see a customer leave, but should you wish to cancel our services you have the right to do do so this can be done by emailing your name and address at info@h2ovision.co.uk

Please note we do not offer one off  window cleans and by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans failing to proceed with the minimum will result of the remaining being payable in full on cancelation.

1.7 Complaints Procedure

We will always try our hardest to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows or perform other services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work performed, we insist you contact us within 24 hours of the last clean and we will rectify any work you are not happy with until satisfied provided we are informed within 24 hours from the last clean date.

1.8 Confidentiality

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
